h = Bar Code Height

Other values: 1 dot to 9999 dots
f = Print Interpretation Line
Default value: Y = Yes

g= Print Interpretation Line Above Code

k = Start Character
Default value: A
Other values: B,C,D,*,N,E or T
l = Stop Character
Default value: A
Other values: B,C,D,*,N,E or T
The k and l parameters designate which Start and Stop characters will
